As a result of the outbreak of the novel Corona virus (Covid-19 ), now spreading rapidly to other countries resulting in travel- and transport restrictions, lockdown of certain areas, quarantine and restrictions on work places, Teknotherm’s operation both domestic and world wide may be affected.
Teknotherm is closely monitoring and evaluating the impact of COVID-19 on our people, our customers and our business operations, and we will follow the Norwegian Government’s advice and regulations in our handling of this unforeseen event.
We want to reassure you that we are prepared as a business. We have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place, and each of our locations is ready to activate the appropriate response to minimize disruption to our operations. This includes working from home, shifting work to secondary/alternate locations and back-up strategies.
To protect our people, we have already banned non-essential travel with no cross-border internal or customer travel permitted until further notice.
We are therefore confident and have evidenced that our teams can continue to operate and communicate as effectively as they do in the office from remote locations,
We also work closely with our suppliers and 3rd. parties to ensure further validation where required.
We will continue to assess the situation and keep you informed of any change in our approach.
