Water Chiller Unit (WCU).
High efficiency semi-hermetic screw compressor with built in motor and integrated oil separator. Water cooled shell and tube condenser, electronic expansion valves and shell and tube chiller/evaporator. Necessary pressure gauges for monitoring are fitted on the unit, and all electrical components are pre-wired to the control cabinet. Water side nozzle points fitted with flanges, alternatively Victaulic connections. The unit control panel is complete with all necessary instrumentation, HMI screen and preprogrammed PLC controller. The unit is completely assembled with control and isolation valves. All cabling on the units is halogen free. Certified lifting lugs enabling the skid to be lifted as a single lift.
