CO2 Modular Chiller

Available compressors for natural refrigerant CO2 (R-744) have capacity limitations. The solution is to use one or several module chillers depending on the cooling duty demand. A modular setup also gives good redundancy, meaning that units can be replaced, added or removed easily, this gives system flexibility and ease of maintenance logistic.

The refrigerant used is CO2 (R-744) Carbon Dioxide, this is an environmentally friendly natural refrigerant with an extremely very low GWP. The CO2 refrigerant is neither flammable nor toxic and not subject to the F-Gas regulation. A future proof refrigerant. The unit control panel is complete with all necessary instrumentation, HMI screen and preprogrammed PLC controller. The unit is completely assembled within an enclosure.
