Lofotfishing 2023

Many larger and smaller companies from Lofoten in Northern Norway had for a long time participated in Nor-Fishing in Trondheim. In order to better marketing themselves under Nor-Fishing, Lofotstand AS was established. Lofotstand is the organizer of Lofotfishing, and now the Lofot-companies were brought together under the same umbrella and were able to profile their products and services in a significantly better way.

The idea of a separate international fishing fair in northern Norway was launched in 1998. In 1999, LofotFishing 1 was organized in Kong Øystein Hall in Kabelvåg. The feedback and response from the exhibitors was very positive, and have therefore been followed up with new international fisheries fairs every other year.

LofotFishing has become an important gathering point for fishermen and exhibitors exchanging experiences and showcase their products.

Teknotherm will be an exhibitor at Lofotfishing for the first time in 2023, and the exhibition takes place from 16. to 18. March in Kabelvåg.
