Valued customers, partners & dear colleagues,
In my Christmas message last year I wrote about a team that refuses to give anything less than 100%, that we had been through some of the toughest times to date in terms of taking necessary business decisions in a very challenging business environment.
Little did I know that our experience of navigating these challenging waters was only the beginning of even more challenging times ahead.
The war in Ukraine, inflation and subsequent price increases, increasing interest rates, unpredictable energy prices, challenging logistics conditions, cancelled contracts, force majeure scenarios and the withdrawal from the Russian market has provided yet another challenging year for all of us.
But, yet again you as clients and our great colleagues have, in close collaboration, been able to seek solutions and provided mutual support to push through this challenging time.
So, A BIG thank you to you all, our valued clients, and to our dedicated employees who selflessly put your schedules and individual priorities aside over and over again to ensure that the job gets done!
It is highly appreciated and your work continues to make real differences!
Reflecting back on the last years, I’m confident that our focus needs to remain on our team’s adaptability & willingness to co-operate, willingness to adapt and to seek continuous improvement both internally as well as for and together with our clients.
Although we are not meeting all our goals for 2022, you all should be proud of what we have been able to achieve together in a very challenging and unpredictable business environment.
Moving into next year, we know that 2023 will present its fair share of challenges, but I’m confident that with a positive attitude, good collaboration between colleagues and a continued willingness to adapt to the business environment, we will together find a way to successfully get through 2023 as a team.
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and prosperous 2023.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
